【正文】 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) （ 論 文 ）題 目: 銀河發(fā)電公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 6S 管理調(diào)查分析 學(xué) 院 : 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí): 指導(dǎo)教師: 職 稱 : 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào) : I / 51摘 要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。越來越多的企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到 6S 管理對(duì)于提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要性。在闡述 6S 管理研究背景及研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，本文分析了 6S 管理的重要性以及目前研究的不足之處。然后，深入論述了整理、整頓、清理、清潔、素養(yǎng)及安全的概念，并且對(duì)每個(gè) S 開展過程中的要點(diǎn)、原則和推行步驟進(jìn)行了討論。其次，以銀河發(fā)電公司為研究對(duì)象，分析了目前銀河發(fā)電公司開展 6S 管理時(shí)在生產(chǎn)管理、物品管理、安全方面及員工精神方面存在的問題，確定了 6S 管理的實(shí)施方案。該方案的前期準(zhǔn)備工作為：成立 6S 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，制定活動(dòng)目標(biāo)，制定檢查類別和活動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，前期宣傳、培訓(xùn)教育及選擇樣板區(qū)。本文最后詳細(xì)介紹了銀河發(fā)電公司在樣板區(qū)推行 6S管理的過程，推行效果及存在的問題；在全面實(shí)施階段針對(duì)樣板區(qū)存在的問題提出改進(jìn)措施，并應(yīng)用 PDCA 模型去解決公司推行 6S 管理在持續(xù)改進(jìn)階段中出現(xiàn)的新問題。本文的創(chuàng)新之處有以下幾點(diǎn)：（1）將 6S 管理應(yīng)用到發(fā)電企業(yè)。（2）針對(duì)銀行發(fā)電公司的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)，首先在建立的樣板區(qū)實(shí)施 6S 管理。（3）在全面實(shí)施階段，制定更加詳細(xì)的各區(qū)域檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，評(píng)分規(guī)則及獎(jiǎng)懲方案。（4）應(yīng)用 PDCA 模型開展 6S 管理在銀河發(fā)電公司的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。關(guān)鍵詞：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，6S 管理，精益生產(chǎn)，企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，發(fā)電企業(yè)II / 51ABSTRACT Along with the swift development of science and technology, the world economic petition bees fierce. More and more panies recognize the importance of 6S management for enhancing the petitiveness of enterprises.Based on expounding the backgrounds and status of 6S management study。 this article analyzed the importance of 6S management, as well as the current shortings of the study Then, expounded the concept of SEIRI、SEITON 、SEISO、SEIKETSU、SHITSUKE and SECURITY, and discussed the main points of carrying out every S，principles and steps. Next, chose Yin He Power Generation Company as the study object, analyzed the problems of Yin He Power Generation Company in production management，materials management, security and the spirit of employee before carrying out 6S management, and determined the scheme of 6S management implementation. The preparatory works of this scheme are the establishment of 6S leading group, set target, worked out the categories of inspection and the standard of 6S activities, advance publicity and training, and established sample areas.
