【正文】 八角茴香化學(xué)成分的研究 陽(yáng)小勇1 劉紅星2 黃初升2 ( 數(shù)理系 , 臨滄 云南 677000； 化學(xué)系 , 南寧 廣西 530001） 摘要：本文報(bào)道了廣西八角茴香中的7個(gè)化合物。提取方法為：原料采用甲醇滲漉提取得浸膏，浸膏經(jīng)乙酸乙酯萃取，萃取部分經(jīng)硅膠層析法及重結(jié)晶法純化得單體化合物。所得化合物根據(jù)其理化性質(zhì)及1HNMR、13CNMR、EI/MS、IR鑒定為：莽草酸、莽草酸甲酯、原兒茶酸、槲皮素、4羥苯基βD吡喃型葡萄糖苷、槲皮素5OβD 吡喃葡萄糖苷、厚樸酚。其中4羥苯基βD吡喃型葡萄糖苷首次從八角科植物中分離得到，槲皮素5OβD 吡喃葡萄糖苷和厚樸酚首次從八角茴香中分離得到。關(guān)鍵詞： 八角茴香；化合物；分離中圖分類號(hào)：；Q 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A Studies on chemical ponents of Illicium verum . And the extraction method is as follows: Extractum was abtained from raw material by the way of seeping with Methanol,after Extractum was extracted with ethyl acetate,then monomeric pounds were abtained by the method of the Silicagel chromatography and recrystallization from the part of extracts of ethyl acetate. The chemical structure of seven pounds were confirmed as shikimic acid,shikimic acid methyl ester,protocatecheuic acid,quercetin,4hydroxy phenylbetadglucopyranoside,quercetin5OβDglucopyranoside,magnolol according to the grap of 1HNMR、13CNMR、EI/MS、IR and physical and chemical properties .
