【正文】 論文題目: 城鎮(zhèn)地籍測(cè)量方案設(shè)計(jì)專 業(yè): 測(cè)繪工程本 科 生: 康 濤 （簽名） 指導(dǎo)教師: 湯伏全 （簽名） 摘 要近年來(lái)，國(guó)家加強(qiáng)了對(duì)土地資源的管理。08 年以來(lái)，為了全面查清土地利用狀況，掌握真實(shí)的土地基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，建立和完善土地調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)和登記制度，國(guó)家正在進(jìn)行全國(guó)第二次全國(guó)土地調(diào)查。地籍測(cè)量主要包括:宗地權(quán)屬調(diào)查、野外數(shù)據(jù)采集。在這次調(diào)查中對(duì)地籍測(cè)量作了如下定義：地籍測(cè)量是測(cè)量每宗土地的權(quán)屬界址點(diǎn)、界址線、其他地籍要素、位置、形狀等，計(jì)算面積，以及編制地籍圖和宗地圖。這就要求我們?cè)诘丶疁y(cè)量中要結(jié)合各地的實(shí)際情況和現(xiàn)有的的儀器設(shè)備制定完整和詳細(xì)的地籍測(cè)量方案，以保證測(cè)量結(jié)果達(dá)到所要求的精度。 本文以靖邊縣城鎮(zhèn)地籍測(cè)量工作為平臺(tái)，結(jié)合靖邊縣的具體情況，對(duì)如何制定城鎮(zhèn)地籍測(cè)量方案作了比較詳細(xì)的討論。重點(diǎn)討論了對(duì)已有資料進(jìn)行分析和利用、地方獨(dú)立坐標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的建立以及近年來(lái)在地籍測(cè)量中常用的 GPS 測(cè)量和 GPSRTK 技術(shù)的原理和實(shí)施方法。在文章的最后，對(duì)現(xiàn)在地籍測(cè)量中的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題——城鄉(xiāng)一體化地籍測(cè)量進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)明。關(guān)鍵詞：地籍，地籍測(cè)量，城鎮(zhèn)地籍測(cè)量，一體化地籍測(cè)量Title: Design of City Cadastral SurveyingMajor： Geodetic engineeringName： Kang tao Signature:Supervisor：TangFuquan Signature:ABSTRACTIn recent years, the country has strengthened the management of land resources.
