【正文】 武漢理工大學(xué) 碩士學(xué)位論文 華為公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理研究 姓名:苗青麗 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士 專業(yè):科學(xué)技術(shù)哲學(xué) 指導(dǎo)教師:夏勁 20200501 武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 摘要 我國(guó)信息經(jīng)濟(jì)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,為通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)提供了難得 的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和巨大的發(fā)展空間,使其成為目前發(fā)展速度最快的行業(yè)之一,這 既為包括華為公司在內(nèi)的眾多通信設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,也使這些 企業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)要在日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,就必 須不斷地進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。 華為公司 (或簡(jiǎn)稱華為 )是我國(guó)通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)的龍頭老大,也是中國(guó)高 科技企業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭羊和我國(guó)大型民營(yíng)企業(yè)的代表。它由成立之初一個(gè)不起眼的 小公司發(fā)展成為一個(gè)現(xiàn)在具有國(guó)際影響力的大企業(yè),經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)逐步發(fā)展的 過(guò)程,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理是貫穿其中的主線之一。華為公司屬于高科技企業(yè),它 的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)屬于復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),而這類產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)與簡(jiǎn)單的消費(fèi)品相 比,有明顯的差別。因此,本文的研究成果主要對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)的高科技企業(yè) (尤 其是電信、電子等行業(yè)的企業(yè) )具有參考意義。本文研究華為公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng) 新管理,試圖通過(guò)對(duì)其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的組織模式、戰(zhàn)略選擇及其能力提升的個(gè)案 分析,從理論上探索中國(guó)高科技企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的一般規(guī)律,同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó) 高科技企業(yè)尤其是通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的發(fā)展有所啟迪。 文章共分為五個(gè)部分:第 1 章簡(jiǎn)述文章的研究背景以及選題的目的和意 義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第 2 章概述了華為的發(fā)展歷程與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,指 出華為是伴隨著技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新而不斷發(fā)展的。第 3 章分析了華為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新 的組織模式,一是分析了華為企業(yè)組織模式的合理性及其對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng) 新的促進(jìn) 作用;二是用系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)分析了華為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的自身組織模式以及該組 織所遵循的具體運(yùn)行機(jī)制。第 4 章分析了華為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略選擇,分析了 華為在不同的發(fā)展階段根據(jù)企業(yè)的具體情況所采取的不同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。第 5 章分析了華為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的提升,從創(chuàng)新資源的投入、研究開(kāi)發(fā)、市場(chǎng) 營(yíng)銷、生產(chǎn)制造以及管理決策等幾個(gè)方面分析了華為公司是如何提升其技術(shù) 創(chuàng)新能力的。 在研究華為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的同時(shí),本文回答了中國(guó)高科技術(shù)企業(yè)在發(fā)展 和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理上的諸多困惑,例如企業(yè)在不同的發(fā)展階段應(yīng)選擇怎樣的技武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué) 位論文 術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,是依靠模仿創(chuàng)新還是應(yīng)該廣泛的合作創(chuàng)新;什么樣的企業(yè)組織 模式才更適合企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新;如何整合各種企業(yè)的資源使企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng) 新能力得以提升等。 關(guān)鍵詞:華為公司,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新組織模式,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略, 技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力 II 武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 Abstract The swift and violent development of our country information economy and the interuet industry has provided the rare development opportunity and the huge development space for the munication facility manufacturing industry, and caused it to be one of the fast rapidly development industry on present, which bring the opportunity for many suppliers of munication facility including HuaWei Technolog Co., and also caused these enterprises faced with the stern challenge. If the enterprises want to be in an impregnable position in the intense market petition day by day,they must carry on the technologie innovation unceasingly. HuaWei Tcchnolog Co. (or called HuaWei)is the best development pany in our country munication facility manufacturing industry,and also it is the representative of Chinese High teeh and Large— scale Private Enterprise. In the course of development of HuaWei from a small pany to a big enterprise having international influence, the technologic innovation management is one of master lines. HuaWei belongs to the hightech enterprise, and its products and the service belongs to the plex products and the service which is obviously different from the simple consumable products. Therefore, this article research results have the significantly reference to domestic Hi【 ghtech Enterprise (specially to telemunication, electron business industry and SO on). This article studies technologic innovation management of HuaWbi. attempting through its technologic innovation anization pattern, the strategic choice and the ability of technologic innovation promotion case analysis, theoretically explores the general rule of technologic innovation management of the Chinese Hightech Enterprise, simultaneously has the inspiration to the development of our country’ S Hightech Enterprises. The article altogether divides into five parts: 1st chapter summarized the article research background as well as the goal and significance of selected topic, domestic and foreign correlated research on present. 2nd chapter has outlined the III 武漢理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 development course and the technologic innovation of Hua Wei, and pointed out the unceasingly development of HuaWei following the unceasing technologic innovation. 3rd chapter has analyzed the technologic innovation anization paRem of HuaWei, on the one side it analyzed the rationality of technologic innovation anization pattem and the promotive action to technologic innovation. On the other side, it has analyzed the anization pattern of technologic innovation and the concrete operational mechanism which follows from the anization pattern. 4th chapter has analyzed the technologic innovation strategic choice of HuaWei, and we can conclude that HuaWei take the different technologic innovation stfategy in the different development phase based on enterprise’ S special details. 5th chapter has analyzed the technologic innovation ability promotion of HuaWei. It analyzed HuaWei how to promote its technologic innovation ability from the innovation resources investment, the research development, the marketing, the manufacturing as well as the decisionmaking of management several aspects and SO on. While studying the management of technologic innovation of HuaWei, this article replied many puzzlements of Chinese Hightech Enterprises in the development and technologic innovation management: such as how to choose the technologic innovation strategy in the different development phase, should the enterprise be depended upon the imitation innovation or be supposed the broad cooperation innovation; Which anization pattern of enterprise is more suitable to the technologic innovation; How to use each kind of enterprise’ S resources tO promote technologic innovation ability ofthe enterprise and SO on.
