【正文】 嘔血 hematemesis 消化道系統(tǒng) 定義： 嘔血 （ hematemesis） 是由上消化道疾病 （ 指屈氏韌帶以上的消化器官 ， 包括食管 、 胃 、 十二指腸 、 肝 、 膽 、 胰疾病 ） 或全身性疾病所致的急性上消化道出血 ， 血液從口腔嘔出 。 病因 ： 食管靜脈曲張破裂 食管癌 食管異物 食管賁門粘膜撕裂 （ MalloryWeiss） ： 消化性潰瘍 急性胃粘膜病變 胃癌 Esophageal varices grade II (right) und grade III (left).
