【正文】 河北工程大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) (畢業(yè)論文 ) 2020 年 I 河北工程學(xué)院 34高層住宅樓 施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 學(xué) 生 指導(dǎo)老師 河北工程大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) (畢業(yè)論文 ) 2020 年 II 河北工程大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)（畢業(yè)論文） 河北工程大學(xué) 34高層住宅樓施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 1 本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)為河北工程學(xué)院 34 號(hào)樓施工組織設(shè)計(jì) , 該工程地下一層，地上十一層，局部十二層，采用異型柱框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑面積為： ，主體建筑高度 . 2 在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中我對(duì)各項(xiàng)施工方案進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)分析 ,確定了最優(yōu)的施工方案 . 3 本 施工設(shè)計(jì)主要通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)和施工圖紙的理解 ,制定 了分部分項(xiàng)工程各項(xiàng)施工方案 , 確定出施工過(guò)程總數(shù)為 31個(gè) .主要包括 :施工準(zhǔn)備 ,平整場(chǎng)地 ,測(cè)量放線 ,地下室施工 ,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層施工 ,裝飾裝修等等 . 4 將施工總體順序大致分為 :施工準(zhǔn)備→ CFG 樁→基坑降水→土方開(kāi)挖→墊層→做基礎(chǔ)→地下室施工→回填土→主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工→裝飾裝修工程 . 5土方開(kāi)挖中 ,對(duì)土方開(kāi)挖方式分為機(jī)械和人工開(kāi)挖兩種 ,機(jī)械開(kāi)挖至 ,改為人工開(kāi)挖 ,以利于截樁 ,補(bǔ)樁頭 . 6 模板工程中我選用的模板多數(shù)為竹膠板 ,外墻腳手架選用懸挑式 . 7 工程量計(jì)算部分 ,小 組內(nèi)各負(fù)其責(zé) ,我主要計(jì)算了部分基礎(chǔ)模板和七八層鋼筋的工程量 .通過(guò)對(duì)工程量的總結(jié) ,套用施工定額 ,安排了施工機(jī)械 ,人員 ,制定出了施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 ,確定總工期為 天 8 根據(jù)以上計(jì)算內(nèi)容 ,結(jié)合場(chǎng)地大小 ,確定 了垂直運(yùn)輸機(jī)械塔吊和施工電梯等 .對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的材料堆放位置 ,面積進(jìn)行了布置和計(jì)算 ,各項(xiàng)臨時(shí)設(shè)施也進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和布置 ,根據(jù)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 ,確定現(xiàn)場(chǎng)木工加工場(chǎng)地面積為 (120m2),鋼筋加工場(chǎng)地為 (100m2)繪制了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置圖一份 . 9 本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括 :畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)一份 。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層施工網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖一張 。施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 (橫道圖 )一張 。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置圖一張等 . 10 關(guān)鍵詞 : 施工進(jìn)度 土方開(kāi)挖 施工平面布置 施工方案 河北工程大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) (畢業(yè)論文 ) 2020 年 III Abstract This project is one of Hebei engineering university’s high level housingbuildings.
