、華中科技大學(xué)文華學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)前期物業(yè)管理存在的問題及對(duì)策和解決方案摘 要物業(yè)管理的行業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展了20多年,但仍存在許多不盡如人意的地方,特別是很多物業(yè)管理企業(yè),在物業(yè)交付使用后很長一段時(shí)間內(nèi),還難以擺脫施工遺留問題的困擾。本文通過對(duì)前期物業(yè)管理含義和現(xiàn)狀的陳述,以及目前前期物業(yè)管理存在的問題,并給予相應(yīng)的措施和方法進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)年U述。讓加強(qiáng)前期物業(yè)管理,不但能保證業(yè)主的長遠(yuǎn)利益,還能減少開發(fā)企業(yè)在建設(shè)過程中隨意改變物業(yè)規(guī)劃,保證物業(yè)的施工質(zhì)量,達(dá)到完善物業(yè)的使用功能,促進(jìn)房產(chǎn)的銷售。為了保證國家正常高速的發(fā)展,除了要需要法律的幫助以外,同時(shí)需要人本身碰到問題以后要實(shí)際解決能力,在現(xiàn)在物業(yè)管理尚未發(fā)展完善的時(shí)代,前期物業(yè)管理的工作顯的尤為重要,前期物業(yè)管理的工作需要國家,人民共同維護(hù)。關(guān)鍵詞:前期物業(yè)管理 加強(qiáng)管理 解決方法AbstractProperty management industry has developed more than 20 years, but still not satisfactory in many areas, especially the many property management panies, after delivery of the property a long time, but also difficult to shake off the legacy of construction problems.In this paper, the property management through the prestatement of the meaning and the status quo, as well as property management is currently preexisting problems, and give the appropriate measures and methods of strict.
