General principle of resource allocation (資源配置的一般原理 ) 基數(shù)效用理論 第一定律 : 邊際效用遞減 第二定律 : 各種商品邊際效用相等 , 總效用極大 序數(shù)效用理論 : 用無差異曲線和預(yù)算線確定 , 對最優(yōu)配置的解釋 : 舊福利經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論 : 任何一種生產(chǎn)資源在各種用途上的邊際社會純產(chǎn)值相等 . 新福利經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論 : 社會資源的配置如果達(dá)到這樣一種狀態(tài) , 即任何一種配置的改變 , 都會至少降低一個企業(yè)或一種產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量 ,則這種生產(chǎn)資源的配置就是帕累托最優(yōu)狀態(tài)或最有效率的狀態(tài) .
