I / 41摘 要物資采購管理系統(tǒng)是用于企業(yè)管理中物資采購信息管理的系統(tǒng),其開發(fā)的主要功能是:當物資入庫時登記其基本信息,包括物資的種類、名稱、數(shù)量等,然后登記物資的入庫資料,包括入庫的時間等,最后對物資的入庫和出庫資料綜合得出各種物資的各類信息,方便進行后續(xù)工作??偟恼f來,物資采購管理系統(tǒng)就是通過采購、倉儲、綜合、出庫、配送等活動,解決物資供需之間存在的時間、數(shù)量、品種、價格等方面的矛盾,以此銜接社會生產(chǎn)的各環(huán)節(jié),從而確保生產(chǎn)的順利進行。 本系統(tǒng)是運用使用 Microsoft 公司的 Visual FoxPro 開發(fā)工具,利用其提供的各種結(jié)構(gòu)公的開發(fā)工具設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)庫并開發(fā)此產(chǎn)品。本系統(tǒng)利用系統(tǒng)提供的大量控件和組件,從最初的用戶需求分析,數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,到各種表單的制作都給出了每一步的設(shè)計細節(jié)。本系統(tǒng)界面采用 Windows 系統(tǒng)的通用界面,凡具有一定計算機操作知識的人都可以方便、自如地使用本系統(tǒng)。本文詳細的介紹了系統(tǒng)制作的整個過程。按照軟件工程設(shè)計思想,采用生命周期法進行全程開發(fā),包括需求分析,系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)詳細設(shè)計等。關(guān)鍵詞:采購;窗體;管理系統(tǒng);軟件產(chǎn)品II / 41AbstractCommodity purchase management system management system is uses in the business management the modity purchase information management system, its development main function is: When modity warehousing registers its basic information, including the modity type, the name, quantity and so on, then the registration modity warehousing material, including the warehousing time and so on, finally and the storehouse material synthesis obtains each kind of modity to the modity warehousing each kind of information, facilitates carries on the following work.
