. . . .. . 學習好幫手 X X X X本科畢業(yè)設計 題 目 螺旋輸送機傳動裝置 的設計及三維建模 院 系 機械學院 專 業(yè) XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 姓 名 XXXXXX 學 號 XXXXXX 學習年限 201X 年 9 月至 201X 年 6 月指導教師 XXXXX 職稱 副教授 申請學位 工學學士學位 2022 年 X 月 XX 日 . . . .. . 學習好幫手螺旋輸送機傳動裝置的設計學生姓名:XXX 指導教師:XXX摘 要: 在本次設計中,我設計了螺旋輸送機機的傳動裝置,先進行了傳動方案的選取,通過選定的傳動方案進行了一系列計算和設計。電動機、聯(lián)軸器、鍵和軸承的選擇主要通過查表并結合與其他零件的配合要求選擇,然后進行校核計算。在齒輪的設計中詳細介紹了齒輪材料的選擇及許用應力的確定,按齒根彎曲疲勞強度和齒面彎曲疲勞強度設計計算確定齒輪參數(shù)及主要尺寸,并且對齒輪進行了校核。其后對軸進行了軸的設計,確定了各階梯軸的尺寸,對軸、軸承、鍵、聯(lián)軸器等進行校核,并畫出受力圖、彎矩圖、轉矩圖。最后對減速器的外形進行了設計。應用 Solidworks 軟件對傳動裝置進行 3D 建模,為傳動系統(tǒng)的結構設計提供了有價值的參數(shù)依據(jù)。關鍵詞:螺旋輸送機 傳動裝置 斜齒輪 solidworks. . . .. . 學習好幫手ABSTRACT: In this design, I designed the plate mill of transmission device ,first it has carried on the transmission scheme selection, through the selected transmission scheme and design of a series of transmission parts. The choice of motor, coupling, keys and bearing mainly through the lookup table and bine with other parts of coordination and asked subjects to choose, and then the motion parameters and dynamic parameters is calculated. In gear was introduced in detail in the design of the gear material selection and determination of allowable stress, calculate and determine the gear parameters is designed according to the tooth root bending fatigue strength and main dimensions. Followed by designing of shaft, and determine the size of the ladder shaft, the shaft, bearing, key and coupling for checking. Finally it has carried on the design to the shape of the reducer. Application of Solidworks software modeling technology, realizing the threedimensional modelling and main reducer parts modeling, to plete the 3 d modeling of the machine, for the structure of transmission system design provides valuable parameter basis.
