Key words: Human resource management。 Embedded。 Cultivation mode。 Exploration and practice人力資源管理專業(yè)在我國是由“勞動經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)”和“勞動人事管理”專業(yè)脫胎而來，目前有150多所本科院校開設(shè)了該專業(yè)。由于中小民營企業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展，對基層人力資源管理者的需求急劇增加，既有一定的理論基礎(chǔ)，又具備相應(yīng)動手能力的人才極為短缺。在此情況下，許多高職院校紛紛開設(shè)人力資源管理專業(yè)。但是許多高職院校人力資源管
