【正文】 淺談中職生自我管理模式的建立摘要：20 世紀(jì)70 年代,心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域中行為研究方面提出了自我管理的理念、模式和技術(shù)方法,并在被引入到教育領(lǐng)域后先后提出了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自我監(jiān)控能力、養(yǎng)成個(gè)體的日常行為自我管理能力、形成學(xué)生的道德行為自控能力即情緒智力的方面。另外,這些年來(lái),我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育無(wú)論在生源數(shù)量還是在質(zhì)量上都呈現(xiàn)出逐年滑坡趨勢(shì),這種趨勢(shì)使中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生即中職生的心理發(fā)展水平、智力、道德、行為等方面表現(xiàn)出諸多問(wèn)題。因此,本研究選擇中職生作為研究的被試,研究其道德行為自我管理在不同心理環(huán)節(jié)上的特點(diǎn)及其差異性,試圖為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育工作從心理學(xué)視角提供更多的理論依據(jù)。 本研究利用本校學(xué)生作為被試,調(diào)查中職生道德行為自我管理的情況，并且對(duì)中職生的自我管理模式的建立提出建議。關(guān)鍵詞：中職生 班主任 情緒智力 班級(jí)體 以人為本Abstract : In the 1970s, in the field of psychology to conduct research on the concept of the selfmanagement, model and technical approach and in the field of education to be introduced after the training has made the students learn selfmonitoring capabilities, to develop the individual acts of the daytoday Selfmanagement capabilities, the students formed the moral capacity of allcontrolled model, but in selfmanagement of ethical conduct indepth empirical Inquiry are few.
