【正文】 ERP系統(tǒng)在財務(wù)管理中的應(yīng)用研究The application of ERP system in financial management東 北 農(nóng) 業(yè) 大 學(xué)中國哈爾濱2016 年 5 月27 / 32摘要ERP是企業(yè)在信息時代實現(xiàn)科學(xué)化、現(xiàn)代化管理的一全套整體解決經(jīng)營管理的方案，它為企業(yè)提出了一個嶄新的管理理念，將影響企業(yè)發(fā)展和生存壯大的各個環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)合起來，在整合企業(yè)一切資源的基礎(chǔ)上給出企業(yè)管理的決策，以最快速度全面提高企業(yè)競爭能力。ERP的核心是財務(wù)管理，ERP將財務(wù)管理模塊作為正在實施的整個企業(yè)管理的中樞系統(tǒng)，要求和企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)中的其他模塊有相應(yīng)的接口，并且能夠在財務(wù)中樞將信息相互集成。它的對象已不僅僅是資金的周轉(zhuǎn)和循環(huán)，還包括業(yè)務(wù)管理、銷售管理、設(shè)備管理、物資管理及其他一系列信息管理所包括的相應(yīng)內(nèi)容，范圍擴大到企業(yè)管理的整個領(lǐng)域，擴大了財務(wù)管理的內(nèi)含，從而使得財務(wù)管理在ERP系統(tǒng)環(huán)境下的打破了傳統(tǒng)模式，展現(xiàn)出新的變化，并帶動財務(wù)管理不斷開拓出新的發(fā)展空間。本論文首先簡單闡述了研究的背景與意義、研究內(nèi)容與方法、國內(nèi)外研究綜述以及 ERP的發(fā)展、功能、內(nèi)涵、特點等基礎(chǔ)理論，隨后將切入點放在對延長企業(yè)財務(wù)管理工作現(xiàn)狀的分析，查找存在的突出問題，在指導(dǎo)思想、知道 方法、實施目標(biāo)、實施原則和整體思路等方面進(jìn)一步加強明確了ERP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的實施對策。公司實施ERP系統(tǒng)，不僅僅對財務(wù)信息 系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用以及生產(chǎn)成本管理、項目投資管理、往來管理、資金管理、 銷售管理和物資管理等方 面帶來了改善和幫助，從而促使財務(wù)管理工作的提高和完善改進(jìn)，更加是對財務(wù)管理的工作產(chǎn)生了偉大的革命性影響。最后，對ERP應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中目前所存在的問題進(jìn)行簡單分析，為今后不斷完善與改進(jìn)起到了拋磚引玉的作用。關(guān)鍵詞： ERP系統(tǒng) 財務(wù)管理 The application of ERP system in financial managementAbstractERP is enterprise in the era of information to achieve scientific and modern management of a full set of whole solving scheme of management, it for the enterprise proposed a new concept of management, will affect the enterprise development and survival and growth of bining all aspects and gives the enterprise management decision making in the integration of all enterprise resources based, with the fastest speed to enhance enterprise petitive ability.
