【正文】 Contract Date : 合同日期 Contract Number : 合同編號(hào)SALE amp。 PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR BRAZIL IRON ORE FINES 巴西鐵礦石購銷合同 This contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between:這個(gè)合同（“合同”）是由以下雙方達(dá)成：Seller : 賣方Buyer :買方 Whereas, the Buyer agrees to buy and the Seller agrees to sell the belowmentioned goods for Asia, on the terms and conditions stated below:在此，在下述的情況條件下，買方同意購買，賣方同意銷售下文提及的貨物，：CLAUSE 1 : DEFINITION 第一條： 定義In this contract, the following terms shall, unless otherwise specifically defined, have the following meanings:在本合同中，除非另有特指，詞語均定義如下，(A) Ore means Iron Ore Fines of Brazil Origin.“礦石”指的是產(chǎn)地巴西的鐵礦石(B) . Currency means the currency of the United States of America freely transferable from and payable to an external account. “美元貨幣”指的是美國的自由可轉(zhuǎn)讓的且可支付外國帳戶的貨幣(B) Metric Tonne or MT means a tonne equivalent to 1,000 Kilogram.公噸或MT 指的是等于1000千克的一噸。(D) Wet basis means Ore in its natural wet state.“濕噸”指的礦石的自然重量(E) Dry basis means Ore dried at 105 degrees Centigrade.“干噸”指的是105攝氏度干燥后的礦石。(F) “DMT” means dry Metric Tonne“DMT”指的是干噸重。CLAUSE 2 : COMMODITY 第二條： 貨物Ore 鐵CLAUSE 3 : DELIVERY QUANTITY AND DELIVERY PERIOD 第三條 交貨數(shù)量和交付期限Quantity : WMT (+/ 10%) at Buyer’s Option數(shù)量： ___濕噸（+/ 10%）買方意見Loading Port : Rio de Janeiro port, Brazil (at Seller’s option)裝船港：巴西里約熱內(nèi)盧賣方意見Discharging Port : / port, China (at Buyer’s opt
