Due to the neglect of the importance of project feasibility study, leading to blind investment, abandoned land, mercial housing backlog, so many engineering problems, resulting in a huge waste of the resources in the project. The feasibility study report of the project is the project investment and based on whether or not. By calculating, analysis and demonstration, the pros and cons of the evaluation and parison of various schemes, so as to ensure project technical feasibility, economic rationality and sustainability, can reduce the blindness of the investment decision, improve the economic benefits of the construction enterprises, security of the real estate market healthy development and continuous improvement. The research object, using the method of bination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, macro and micro analysis, theoretical and practical analysis, on the basis of the study of the feasibility research, using feasibility study of the general theory, analysis the project market conditions and technical
