江西省高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)論文題 目:如何建立高效率的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部組織 準(zhǔn)考證號(hào):031209450006 姓 名:陳瑜杰 專(zhuān) 業(yè):商務(wù)管理(本科) 指導(dǎo)教師:喻 林 完成日期: 2011年11月 內(nèi) 容 摘 要目前工程監(jiān)理服務(wù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,為使企業(yè)在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝,為向委托人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的監(jiān)理服務(wù),以提高企業(yè)的聲譽(yù),并優(yōu)化人力資源配置和節(jié)省服務(wù)成本,必須建立一個(gè)高效率的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部組織。本論文分析了幾種組織模式在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部中的應(yīng)用,運(yùn)用布魯斯塔克曼的團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展階段模型分析將建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部建設(shè)成為團(tuán)隊(duì)所必須經(jīng)過(guò)的步驟,應(yīng)用赫塞—布蘭查德領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模型來(lái)分析如何使建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為更為有效,闡述了如何使建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部的內(nèi)部溝通更加暢通,闡明了馬斯洛需求層次理論在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部激勵(lì)管理中的應(yīng)用。以上從組織模式、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模型、溝通、激勵(lì)管理等方面展開(kāi)論述,為如何建立一個(gè)高效率的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部組織理清了思路,指明了方向。關(guān)鍵詞:建設(shè)工程;項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理部;組織;高效率AbstractUnder the current high petitive environment in the construction supervision services market, in order to make the enterprise win in the petition, provide high quality supervision service to the clients, improve enterprise’s reputation as well as optimize human resources configuration and save service cost, we must establish a highefficient organization of construction project supervision department. This thesis analyzes the application of several organization modes in the construction project supervision department, the use of Bruce Tuchman’s Stages of Team Development Model analysis to make the construction of construction project supervision department be the step that the team must go through, the application of Jesse Blanchard Leadership Model to analyze how to make the construction project supervision department’s leadership behavior be more efficient, explains how to municate clearly internal the construction project supervision department and clarify the application of Maslow39。s hierarchy of needs in the Incentive Management of construction project supervision department. In such areas of organization modes、Team Development Model、Leadership Model、munication、Incentive Management as discussed, it points out the direction on how to establish a highefficient organization of construction project supervision department.
