【正文】 遼寧省交通高等?？茖W校機電系畢業(yè)論文第 1 頁 共 25 頁摘要數(shù)控機床在現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)中起著越來越重要的作用，數(shù)控技術及數(shù)控機床的廣泛應用，給機械制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、產(chǎn)品種類和檔次以及生產(chǎn)方式帶來了革命性的變化。隨著自動編程系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展，如 CAD，PRO/E 等軟件的普及應用，數(shù)控機床編程工作越來越簡化，為保證零件加工質(zhì)量，除了數(shù)控機床自身的精度外，還與數(shù)控加工中的工藝措施密切相關，它的發(fā)展是信息技術(1T)與制造技術(MT)結合發(fā)展的結果。因此，在用數(shù)控機床進行機械零件加工時，要充分考慮工藝問題對零件加工質(zhì)量的影響。本篇論文主要說明數(shù)控加工的工藝過程以及如何根據(jù)實際情況合理選擇機床和夾具，在零件的工藝分析中主要是數(shù)控加工工藝路線的設計，能夠根據(jù)給出的圖紙中準確的設計出數(shù)控加工工藝路線。零件程序的編寫，根據(jù)零件的形狀，采用手動方式，運用自己所學的數(shù)控編程的知識編寫出正確合理的程序。使其能夠達到圖紙要求的尺寸，其中包括加工精度、表面粗糙度，垂直度等。這些問題都是我們在數(shù)控加工中應該注意的問題。關鍵詞：數(shù)控機床；自動編程；冷卻液；工藝。遼寧省交通高等專科學校機電系畢業(yè)論文第 2 頁 共 25 頁AbstractCNC machine is playing a more and more important part in the modern production. revolutionary change NC technology and the widespread application of NC machine tools, machinery manufacturing to the industrial structure, product variety and quality and production methods brought about a With the development of the automatic programming systerm,for ezample CAXA、 PRO/E and so on..They have been used in all programming of CNC machine is being easier and oreder to keep the quality of the part relects not only the CNC machine itself but also the way of CNC machining .
