成都工業(yè)學(xué)院畢 業(yè) 論 文 家電連鎖零售企業(yè)物流配送模式選擇專(zhuān) 業(yè): 物流管理 班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào): 09162 學(xué)生姓名: 王子棉 指導(dǎo)教師: 陳春霞 2022 年 6 月 5 日成都工業(yè)學(xué)院物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)論文II家電零售連鎖企業(yè)物流配送模式選擇摘 要 經(jīng)過(guò)近六十年的發(fā)展,特別是近二十年,我國(guó)家電行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了翻天覆地的變化。產(chǎn)品從單一走向多元,市場(chǎng)從供不應(yīng)求到產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩,行業(yè)利潤(rùn)由暴利到薄利。與此同時(shí),家電的銷(xiāo)售渠道也在迅速變化。二十世紀(jì)八九十年代,家電銷(xiāo)售渠道先后出現(xiàn)了百貨商場(chǎng)、家電批發(fā)市場(chǎng)、專(zhuān)賣(mài)店等形式。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),隨著國(guó)美、蘇寧等家電連鎖零售企業(yè)的崛起,家電連鎖已經(jīng)成為家電銷(xiāo)售的主要渠道,成為家電行業(yè)利潤(rùn)的主要享有者。物流配送是家電連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)的基礎(chǔ)和保障,配送能力的強(qiáng)弱直接決定著連鎖企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本的高低,影響企業(yè)贏利的能力。因此,家電連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)要以擴(kuò)大規(guī)模、強(qiáng)化規(guī)范、提高管理和完善系統(tǒng)為主要任務(wù),在更深層次和更廣范圍內(nèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)突破性的發(fā)展。而企業(yè)在進(jìn)行物流配送時(shí),選擇合理的配送模式是關(guān)鍵,對(duì)提高連鎖企業(yè)配送的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著重要影響。 本文首先闡述了連鎖企業(yè)和物流配送的相關(guān)理論,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外家電連鎖企業(yè)物流配現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)行了比較分析,在對(duì)我國(guó)家電連鎖企業(yè)所采取的一般配送模式分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,定性提出各種配送模式使用的范圍;根據(jù)家電連鎖企業(yè)的配送特點(diǎn),然后對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)家電連鎖零售企業(yè)常用的物流配送模式作了比較研究,分析了配送模式的影響因素,然后,對(duì)其物流配送模式的選擇與決策進(jìn)行了分析。 總之,對(duì)家電連鎖零售企業(yè)物流配送模式的研究,選擇合理的配送模式,對(duì)提高連鎖企業(yè)配送的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著重要意義。關(guān)鍵詞:物流配送 連鎖零售 配送模式成都工業(yè)學(xué)院物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)論文IIIHOME APPLIANCE INTERLINKSRETAIL ENTERPRISE LOGISTICSDISTRIBUTION MODE CHOICEABSTRACT After nearly 60 years of the development, especially for nearly 20 years, China39。s household electrical appliance industry experience earthshaking changes.
