【正文】 齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器設(shè)計(jì)齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器設(shè)計(jì)專 業(yè) ：機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化（汽車方向）學(xué) 生 ： 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 完成日期 ： 揚(yáng)州大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院21中文摘要根據(jù)對(duì)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的研究以及資料的查閱，著重闡述了齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器類型選擇，不同類型齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，和各種類型齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器應(yīng)用狀況。根據(jù)原有數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)向系的傳動(dòng)比，并確定齒輪齒條的幾何參數(shù)。齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器總體設(shè)計(jì)，受力分析，及對(duì)齒輪齒條的疲勞強(qiáng)度校核、齒根彎曲疲勞強(qiáng)度校核。修正齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器中不合理的數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的設(shè)計(jì)，選取出相關(guān)的零件如螺釘、軸承等，并在說(shuō)明書中畫出相關(guān)零件的零件圖。通過(guò)說(shuō)明書并畫出齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的零件圖6張、裝配圖１張。關(guān)鍵詞：齒輪齒條，轉(zhuǎn)向器，設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 AbstractAccording to the research of the Rackandpinion steering and the data of the machine, the advantages and disadvantages of the typical machine are analyzed, and the layout type is chosen. the application condition with every kind of types Rackandpinion steering. is introduced, and the transmission ratio and the geometry parameters of the machine are calculated. That text precedes the total designs to the Rackandpinion steering. Suffering the dint analysis, and calibrate the tired strength of the machine with the bent and tired strength in root of tooth. This article revised the unreasonable data of the steering. With the design of the Rackandpinion steering, selects the related spare parts. Such as bolt, bearing...etc. and draw the diagrams of the related spare parts in manual.
