這個(gè)沒做吧,不能隨便寫華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 2022屆本科畢業(yè)論文 II 摘 要 保護(hù)性耕作技術(shù)是全球農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),秸稈還田技術(shù)是機(jī)械化保護(hù)性耕作中的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù), 在農(nóng)忙期間,使用機(jī)械化的秸稈還田技術(shù)可以使耕作的更為高效化,同時(shí)有力推動(dòng)機(jī)械化還田技術(shù)可以避免由于秸稈焚燒而帶來的一系列環(huán)境污染,本文所研制的秸稈還田機(jī)功率消耗小,粉碎率高,適合小規(guī)模的秸稈粉碎還田。在對(duì)秸稈粉碎及滅茬的基本理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,我們提出了秸稈還田機(jī)得具體結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)。采用臥式結(jié)構(gòu),主要由懸掛裝置,變速箱和秸稈粉碎機(jī)構(gòu)組成,拖拉機(jī)輸出動(dòng)力經(jīng)萬向節(jié)傳遞給變速箱,變速箱經(jīng)錐齒輪和直齒輪兩級(jí)。 減速后帶動(dòng)刀軸進(jìn)行秸稈粉碎達(dá)到秸稈粉碎還田的目的。通過相關(guān)軟件的模擬試驗(yàn)分析,我們所設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)器滅茬率達(dá)到 98%,碎茬拋灑均勻,覆蓋率高,作業(yè)性能穩(wěn)定,可以很好的滿足農(nóng)藝要求,秸稈粉碎還田后可直接進(jìn)行后續(xù)播種作業(yè)。關(guān)鍵詞:保護(hù)性耕作,滅茬,秸稈還田機(jī),變速箱碎茬刀,秸稈還田機(jī), 滅茬 ABSTRACTConservation tillage technology is the global
