濟(jì)南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文摘 要亞健康是介于健康和疾病之間的第三種狀態(tài)。它的提出已經(jīng)接近30年,但是亞健康問題并沒有隨著時(shí)間的推移而緩解。目前高校教師中處于亞健康狀態(tài)的人數(shù)比較多,而且高校教師亞健康問題并沒有得到緩解,反而情況更加嚴(yán)重,為了找出高校教師亞健康的形成因素,改善教師體質(zhì),解決教師亞健康問題,對(duì)高校教師亞健康的形成進(jìn)行了研究。通過最直接的問卷調(diào)查法來了解教師們的生活習(xí)慣,查閱有關(guān)亞健康形成的的資料書籍,與教師的生活習(xí)慣進(jìn)行對(duì)比和分析發(fā)現(xiàn),高校教師亞健康狀況的形成與他們的體育鍛煉有非常密切的關(guān)系,平時(shí)不進(jìn)行體育鍛煉或者進(jìn)行的體育鍛煉的非常少的教師出現(xiàn)亞健康的狀況會(huì)更多。有效地體育鍛煉可以明顯的改善高校教師的體質(zhì),減少亞健康的形成。關(guān)鍵詞:體育鍛煉;高校教師;亞健康狀態(tài)ABSTRACTIn this paper,Subhealth was between health and disease of the third state puts forward has been close to 30 years But the health problems and not with the passage of time and in colleges and universities in the number of subhealth state more,And college teachers and health problems did not ease,But the situation even more serious,In order to find out the formation of university teachers and health factors,Improve teachers39。 health,Solve teachers and health problems,I39。m the formation of college teacher subhealth were studied,I39。m the formation of college teacher subhealth were studied,And consult relevant subhealth formation of material books,For teachers39。 habits,pared and .Find college teachers and health condition of the formation and their physical exercise has a very close relationship,Don39。t usually exercised or physical exercise very little teacher appear subhealth condition will be more ,Effectively exercise can obviously improve the physique, reduce university teachers subhealth formation.Key words:Physical exercise。College teachers。Subhealth state 目 錄中文摘要.................................................................................................................................IABSTRACT..........................................................................................................................
