【正文】 沈陽(yáng)工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)普通臥式升降臺(tái)銑床的主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì) 。 在運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)中,根據(jù)給定的機(jī)床參數(shù),用途,分析典型工藝的切削用量,擬定傳動(dòng)方案,確定結(jié)構(gòu)形式,畫轉(zhuǎn)速圖,并演算轉(zhuǎn)速誤差,畫傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖,計(jì)算帶輪直徑和齒輪齒數(shù)。 在動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì)中,根據(jù)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率,確定 各 傳動(dòng)件的計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)速,估算各軸經(jīng),齒輪模數(shù) ,確定齒輪 結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸 ;完成裝配草圖后, 驗(yàn) 算主要傳動(dòng)件的剛度和壽命。 其中 對(duì)主軸箱中的主軸做了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì) 。 在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中 主要對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸系,變速機(jī)構(gòu),主軸組件,操縱機(jī)構(gòu),換向和制 動(dòng)裝置,箱體, 潤(rùn)滑和密封等的布置和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),然后將各主要零件的圖繪制出來。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 主軸箱,機(jī)構(gòu),齒輪,模數(shù)。 普通臥式升降臺(tái)銑床主軸變速箱設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract The design is a horizontal platform for ordinary milling machine spindle box design, the design includes campaign design, power design, structural design.
