The article has done an questionare investigation about the influence of Mobile Media to the society. According to the statistics, the mobile media is showing its influence to the media industry, even to other vririous aspects, life, politics, economy, culture, ect. Mobile media possesses different ways of transmission, eg, cellphone call, text message, cellphone newspaper, tv and 3g , ect. Each way of transmission may carry different effect of broadcasting. Appreantly, in our daily life, there surely exists many negative aspects of mobile media while broadcasting information, including rubbish messages, invasion of private matters, and also copy rights. The reasons of this situation varies, such as lacking of a gateguard, the tendency towards material benefits, and the inappropriate transmission of the users. To inssure the healthy development of mobile media, we should consumate the law system and enhance the force of supervison, as well as cooperation of mobile panys, mobile websites and the customers. The future mobile media will act as a platform of multimedia and will gain its sustainable the difficulties the mobile media faced must will be handled appropriately in the future.
