本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) (論 文)催化裂化汽提塔設(shè)計(jì)Design of FCC Stripper Structure學(xué) 院:機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級:過程裝備與控制工程 裝備 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號: 指導(dǎo)教師: 2013年6月畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)中文摘要催化裂化汽提塔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要:催化裂化汽提塔是化工設(shè)備生產(chǎn)中非常重要的裝置之一。主要用于煉油工業(yè)中。本文是對汽提塔的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,確立了本塔的結(jié)構(gòu)要求,并對其中的一系列問題進(jìn)行分析,得到了結(jié)果。本塔分別對裙座、筒體等等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和校核,并對接管進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)。將筒體進(jìn)行分段,以便計(jì)算質(zhì)量載荷。然后將每段的質(zhì)量集中在各段的中心處,計(jì)算出地震載荷,并得到地震彎矩。計(jì)算風(fēng)載荷時(shí)再將全塔分段,以便得到風(fēng)彎矩。結(jié)合地震彎矩和風(fēng)彎矩,得到最大彎矩。并對裙座筒體進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定驗(yàn)算,以及對液壓工況下的強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行校核。設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算了基礎(chǔ)環(huán)和地腳螺栓。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)部分,選用合適的吊柱,并對塔盤、降液板、受液盤及溢流堰結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。最后,對法蘭和墊片進(jìn)行校核和計(jì)算。關(guān)鍵詞:催化裂化;汽提塔;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)外文摘要FCC stripper structure designAbstract:. FCC stripper is one of very important device in the production of chemical equipment. Mainly used in oil refining industry. This paper is the structure design of the stripper is calculated, the structure was established, and a series of problems in the analysis, obtained the result. The utility model were design and check of the skirt, cylinder and so on, and take over the reinforcement design. The cylinder body segment, in order to calculate the mass loading. Then each segment of the lumped mass in each center, calculate the seismic loads, and seismic moment. The calculation of wind load and then the whole tower section, in order to obtain the wind moment. Combined with the seismic moment and the wind moment, to get the maximum bending moment. And check the stability of the skirt cylinder, and the strength and stability of hydraulic condition check. The design and calculation of the foundation ring and anchor bolt. Structure design part, choose the appropriate column, and the tray, downer plate, a liquid disk and overflow weir structure size design.
