3GA2發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置剛度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì) 摘要:本文利用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)建立了3GA2動(dòng)力總成懸置系統(tǒng)六自由度剛體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。通過(guò)線性模態(tài)提取的方法,結(jié)合本發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)際,以力傳遞率最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),懸置剛度值作為設(shè)計(jì)變量,在強(qiáng)迫激勵(lì)下,利用二次序列規(guī)劃法SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,針對(duì)對(duì)隔振影響較大的參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,最終提出懸置剛度設(shè)計(jì)方案,達(dá)到了使傳遞力有效值降低30%左右的良好效果。關(guān)鍵詞:懸置系統(tǒng),SQP,ADAMS,力傳遞率,振動(dòng)ABSTRACT: The 3GA2 powertrain sixdegree rigid dynamic model was built under the ADAMS environment, and then depending on the puted response sensitivities to determine the changes to the mount system that would lead to minimum response at userdefined location in the vehicle. Design variables were the mounts stiffness, which were changed until the lowest level of response was found. Under forced vibration, mounts stiffness were optimized by the method of SQP (Sequential Quadratic Programming). Finally, the design plan of mounts stiffness was put forward and the virtual value of transfer force was reduced about 30 percent.KEYWORDS: Mount system, SQP, ADAMS, Reaction t
