【正文】 企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的分析與防范研究 摘要：本文以財務(wù)風(fēng)險為研究對象，以財務(wù)安全為目標(biāo)進行系統(tǒng)而有條理的研究分析探討。文章首先從企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的概念入手進行研究與分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上再從企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險可能產(chǎn)生的原因及危害分析，再進一步探討財務(wù)風(fēng)險的控制與防范的舉措，最后再分析對于控制財務(wù)風(fēng)險確保財務(wù)安全的實際意義，是企業(yè)管理一定不能忽略財務(wù)管理及其財務(wù)風(fēng)險的管理，使企業(yè)能夠降低企業(yè)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險，保證企業(yè)能夠正常合理的運行。研究表明，風(fēng)險管理已成為財務(wù)管理中的至關(guān)重要的問題?？茖W(xué)管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的重要內(nèi)容，加強企業(yè)的科學(xué)管理特別是財務(wù)管理，是企業(yè)建立規(guī)范的現(xiàn)代管理制度、轉(zhuǎn)換經(jīng)營機制、實現(xiàn)持續(xù)快速健康發(fā)展的根本途徑，也是財務(wù)部門的一項長期任務(wù)。企業(yè)的財務(wù)安全關(guān)系到一個企業(yè)是否能夠持續(xù)經(jīng)營下去，而且不受或者受經(jīng)濟危機沖擊最小。而一個企業(yè)財務(wù)是否處于安全狀態(tài)，完全取決于企業(yè)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理之中。關(guān)鍵詞：財務(wù)分析，財務(wù)風(fēng)險，內(nèi)部控制，財務(wù)杠桿，機會成本。Enterprise financial risk analysis and prevention studyAbstract: This article take the financial risk as the object of study, carries on the system take the financial security as the goal to have orderliness research analysis discussion.
