【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 畢業(yè)論文 題 目 民營企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理問題研究 專 業(yè) 國際商務(wù)會計(jì) 畢業(yè)論文 摘 要 民營企業(yè)經(jīng)過 20 多年的發(fā)展，由小到大，由弱到強(qiáng)，由“地下”到“地上”，由“資本主義的尾巴”、“社會主義革命的對象”到“社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分”，獲得了長足的發(fā)展，民營經(jīng)濟(jì)也日益成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的重要組成部分。同時隨著民營經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的不斷壯大，暴露出的問題也越來越多，其中財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險是眾多因素中的核心因素。本文就目前民營企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中所出現(xiàn)的投資盲目沖動、融資困難 、財(cái)務(wù)管理薄弱等問題，立足于民營企業(yè)自身，通過對社會造成重大影響的民營企業(yè)的案例分析，著重分析了民營企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并提出了加強(qiáng)其財(cái)務(wù)管理的有效對策。全文共分為三大部分：第一部分分析了民營企業(yè)目前在財(cái)務(wù)管理上存在的主要問題，即 :投資決策的盲目、融資中的困難、財(cái)務(wù)控制薄弱等問題；第二部分針對民營企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了深入的分析，即 :先天不足帶來的隱患、人才因素的影響、管理上的誤差等；第三部分則在已有的分析基礎(chǔ)上提出加強(qiáng)民營企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的對策，即：改善外部環(huán)境、提升管理水平等。 關(guān)鍵詞 :民營企業(yè) 財(cái)務(wù)管理 對策研究 畢業(yè)論文 ABSTRACT Private enterprises for over 20 years of development, from light, from weak to strong, by underground to ground, by the capitalist39。s tail , object of socialist revolution to the Socialist market economy, an important ponent of the get made, the private sector of the economy became our country39。s economic structure.
