【正文】 鼠標(biāo)上蓋的注塑模具設(shè)計 摘要 本課題采用 Solidworks 軟件對鼠標(biāo)上蓋制品及模具進(jìn)行了三維造型,采用了 Solidworks 三維制圖軟件中的 Imold 注塑模設(shè)計模塊,通過對塑件的分析計算,完成對鼠標(biāo)上蓋注塑模的設(shè)計,并生成模具總裝圖和爆炸圖。采用Solidworks 的數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計計算相結(jié)合的方法優(yōu)化設(shè)計 ,同時仿真了塑料熔體在型腔內(nèi)的充模流動以及冷卻分析過程,預(yù)測了缺陷產(chǎn)生的臨界條件,優(yōu)化了工藝方案及工藝參數(shù),降低了缺陷出現(xiàn)的可能性。利用參數(shù)化實(shí)體造型的方法,為更加高速、快捷的造型、生產(chǎn)提供了一種 切實(shí)可行的辦法。 關(guān)鍵詞:鼠標(biāo) ,上蓋,塑料,注塑模, Solidworks, Autodesk Moldflow Injection mould for mouse upper cover Abstract This paper uses the Solidworks software for mouse cover products and molds for 3D modeling, using Imold mold design module Solidworks threedimensional mapping software, calculated by the analysis of plastic parts, the design of the mouse cover injection mold, and mold assembly diagram and generate exploded diagram.
