【正文】 題 目： 我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力斷層現(xiàn)象分析 —— 以沙河市白塔鎮(zhèn)為例 院 系： 政法系 專(zhuān) 業(yè)： 思想政治教育 班 級(jí)： 2022 級(jí) 1 班 姓 名： 曾佳佳 學(xué) 號(hào)： 20220203031 指導(dǎo)教師： 張昆玲 2022 年 5 月 22 日 畢 業(yè) 論 文 I 我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力斷層現(xiàn)象分析 —— 以沙河市白塔鎮(zhèn)為例 【摘要】 我國(guó)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革在層層深入的發(fā)展，城鄉(xiāng)之間原有的堅(jiān)固的限制體制開(kāi)始動(dòng)搖，城市發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)對(duì)相對(duì)廉價(jià)的農(nóng)村 勞動(dòng)力形成剛性的需求，農(nóng)民群體依靠傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)種植獲得的收益無(wú)法滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)刺激下的物質(zhì)需要。因此，農(nóng)村剩余的農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力向城市轉(zhuǎn)移有著必要性和緊迫性。然而，現(xiàn)實(shí)中的農(nóng)村社會(huì)存在著剩余勞動(dòng)力過(guò)量轉(zhuǎn)移的問(wèn)題。農(nóng)村社會(huì)的各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)建設(shè)勞動(dòng)力是基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵要素，沒(méi)有青壯勞力作為支撐的農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)面臨著系列問(wèn)題。比如： 留守老人和留守兒童、空心村的形成 [4]、農(nóng)業(yè)耕作方式重回粗放、我國(guó)糧食安全得不到保障、土地利用率低、閑置土地?zé)o法完成承包流轉(zhuǎn)、先進(jìn)支農(nóng)技術(shù)得不到應(yīng)用推廣、農(nóng)機(jī)換代慢、基層政權(quán)建設(shè)缺乏合格接班人、農(nóng)村向城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的步伐 放緩、大量知識(shí)型人才外流等等 [2]。因此，研究好“我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力斷層現(xiàn)象分析”課題有著深遠(yuǎn)的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。我們選取河北省沙河市白塔鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研，對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力斷層現(xiàn)象所產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題的就解決方案希望可以為我國(guó)處理好“三農(nóng)問(wèn)題”提供合理建議。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 農(nóng)業(yè) 剩余勞動(dòng)力 斷層 轉(zhuǎn)移 II Fault phenomena analysis of agricultural labor force in our country in the white tower of shahe town as an example 【 Abstract】 in our country the development of socialist economic system reform in layers, the original strong restriction system between rural and urban areas began to shake, urban development and economic construction of the rural labor force to form rigid demand for relatively cheap, the rural population depends on traditional agriculture gains can39。t meet the material needs of the economic stimulus.
