【正文】 摘 要 I 報告 題 目 ： 農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移背景下對農(nóng)業(yè)勞動力資源狀況的研究 —— 基于陜西省合陽縣的案例分析 完成人 姓名 ： 何榮鑫 指導教 師 ： 胡芳肖 摘 要 針對 目前由剩余勞動力的外向轉(zhuǎn)移及農(nóng)村的老齡化趨勢不斷加快所導致的農(nóng)業(yè)人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理的問題， 本項目計劃使用 問卷調(diào)查、政策分析及數(shù)學統(tǒng)計等 方法進行調(diào)查研究。希望能進一步深入的了解陜西關(guān)中農(nóng)村農(nóng)業(yè)勞動力資源的實際狀況，以 提出 相關(guān)的政策 建議 。并且希望通過此次項目，能夠深入 探討 解決社會問題的具體方法并 培養(yǎng) 我們對社會問題的關(guān)注意識，將課堂上的知識運用到實踐中去，提高我們的專業(yè)知識 水平。 本項目執(zhí)行團隊一行 5 人（ 均為公共管理專業(yè)本科生 ），計劃于 20xx 年 8 月 1日至 20xx 年 8 月 7 日，赴陜西省合陽縣完成 數(shù)據(jù)收集 工作，現(xiàn)已獲得 西安交通大學本科生科研訓練和實踐創(chuàng)新基金 的基金資助 ，項目預算總計 2060 元。 關(guān) 鍵 詞 ： 勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移 ； 老齡化 ； 農(nóng)業(yè) ； 勞動力資源 西安交通大學 學生社會實踐 報告 （立項 策劃書） II Title: Transfer of rural labor resources in the context of the agricultural labor force status of research based Shaanxi He yang Case Study name: He Rongxin Supervisor: Hu Fangxiao ABSTRACT Aiming at the outward transfer of surplus labor in rural areas and accelerating the aging trend caused by the unreasonable structure of agricultural human resources issues, the project plans to use surveys, policy analysis and mathematical and statistical methods such research.
