本文分析了座椅塑件的成型特點(diǎn),對模具結(jié)構(gòu)各工藝參數(shù),包括鎖模力、流道截面尺寸等模具參數(shù)的進(jìn)行了計(jì)算校核,設(shè)計(jì)了一副一模兩腔、單分型面的,帶有直接澆口的注射模具。該模具的關(guān)鍵是解決分型面的選擇、澆口位置確定、冷卻系統(tǒng)的布局、塑件澆注系統(tǒng)布局等問題,以及在實(shí)現(xiàn)這些功能的情況下,如何使模具有效而可靠的運(yùn)動。 該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性 ,具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。通過整個設(shè)計(jì)過程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此座椅塑件所提出的要求。 通過所有檢驗(yàn)后,用
