【正文】 [鍵入文字 ] I 摘 要 倉儲管理是現(xiàn)代物流管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)，是對倉庫及倉庫內(nèi)的物資所進行的管理，是企業(yè)為了充分利用自己所具有的倉儲資源提供高效的倉儲服務所進行的計劃、組織、控制和協(xié)調(diào)的過程。 隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，倉儲管理在企業(yè)中的重要性越來越凸顯，在現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)中所居的地位也越來越高。 撫順順豐快遞公司的倉儲管理在公司的正常運營中起著不可或缺的作用，盡管撫順順豐快遞公司已越來越重視倉儲管理，但與本行業(yè)其他快遞公司的倉儲管理相比仍有不足。本文 通過研究撫順順豐快遞公司的倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀并分析，以及與同行業(yè)其他快遞公司的倉儲管理進行比 較，找出順豐快遞倉儲管理存在的主要問題，并給出相應建議。 發(fā)現(xiàn)撫順順豐快遞公司倉儲管理的不足，并提出相應改進策略，促使撫順順豐快遞公司獲得更好的發(fā)展。 對于順豐快遞公司更好的管理貨物，降低成本，獲取更高的利潤，在激烈的市場競爭中取得競爭優(yōu)勢，具有一定的借鑒價值和指導意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：倉儲管理；順豐快遞；降低成本 [鍵入文字 ] II Abstract Warehouse management is an important part of modern logistics management, warehousing and storage is carried out within the material management is the enterprise in order to make full use of their own resources to provide efficient with warehousing warehousing services for planning, anization, control and coordination process.
