【正文】 1 JIUJIANG UNIVERSITY 畢業(yè)論文 題 目 財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分析與防范 英文題目 Financial risk analysis and prevention 院 系 繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 會(huì)計(jì)學(xué) 姓 名 胡倩茜 年 級(jí) 2022級(jí) 指導(dǎo)教師 任高飛 二零 一五 年 十月 1 摘 要 企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中面臨 著 各種 狀況 ，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 成為 其中重要的部分 并且 越來(lái)越受到 大家 的高度關(guān)注。為了保障經(jīng)營(yíng)者正常進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)，確保經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)就要進(jìn)行合理的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，恰當(dāng)?shù)谋苊夂蜏p少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所帶來(lái)的損失。 本文首先說(shuō)明財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的含義及表現(xiàn)形式，比如：獲利能力低 、 經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差 、 資金不足 、缺乏償債能力 、 債務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等表現(xiàn)形式；其次闡述經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 、 資金流動(dòng)性差 、資本結(jié)構(gòu)不合理 、 道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的客觀性認(rèn)識(shí)不足等引起的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的原因； 最后 財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是指由于舉債而給企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)成果帶來(lái)的不確定性，作為企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理直接影響企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金的周轉(zhuǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。如何監(jiān)控財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生以及如何處理企業(yè)的不良債權(quán)等問(wèn)題，已經(jīng)成為我們企業(yè)管理中不容回避的一個(gè)重大課題。 關(guān)鍵詞： 財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；成因分析；防范措施 2 Abstract Enterprises face various risks in the operation process, as one important part of the financial risk is more and more attention by people.
