【正文】 1 JIUJIANG UNIVERSITY 畢業(yè)論文 題 目 財務(wù)風(fēng)險的分析與防范 英文題目 Financial risk analysis and prevention 院 系 繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 會計學(xué) 姓 名 胡倩茜 年 級 2022級 指導(dǎo)教師 任高飛 二零 一五 年 十月 1 摘 要 企業(yè)在經(jīng)營過程中面臨 著 各種 狀況 ，財務(wù)風(fēng)險 成為 其中重要的部分 并且 越來越受到 大家 的高度關(guān)注。為了保障經(jīng)營者正常進行生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營，確保經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)就要進行合理的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理，恰當(dāng)?shù)谋苊夂蜏p少風(fēng)險所帶來的損失。 本文首先說明財務(wù)風(fēng)險的含義及表現(xiàn)形式，比如：獲利能力低 、 經(jīng)濟效益差 、 資金不足 、缺乏償債能力 、 債務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等表現(xiàn)形式；其次闡述經(jīng)營風(fēng)險 、 資金流動性差 、資本結(jié)構(gòu)不合理 、 道德風(fēng)險和對財務(wù)風(fēng)險的客觀性認(rèn)識不足等引起的財務(wù)風(fēng)險的原因； 最后 財務(wù)風(fēng)險是指由于舉債而給企業(yè)財務(wù)成果帶來的不確定性，作為企業(yè)營運資金管理的一項重要內(nèi)容，財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理直接影響企業(yè)營運資金的周轉(zhuǎn)和經(jīng)濟效益。如何監(jiān)控財務(wù)風(fēng)險發(fā)生以及如何處理企業(yè)的不良債權(quán)等問題，已經(jīng)成為我們企業(yè)管理中不容回避的一個重大課題。 關(guān)鍵詞： 財務(wù)風(fēng)險；成因分析；防范措施 2 Abstract Enterprises face various risks in the operation process, as one important part of the financial risk is more and more attention by people. In order to ensure normal production and business operation, business operators to ensure the realization of the management goal is reasonable financial risk management, the right to avoid and reduce the risk of loss.
