安徽工程大學(xué)機電學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 齒輪用鋼的熱處理工藝設(shè)計 摘 要 熱處理工藝是金屬材料工程的重要組成部分。通過熱處理可以改變材料的加工工藝性能,充分發(fā)揮材料的潛力,提高工件的使用壽命。熱處理不僅對鍛造機械加工的順利進行和保證加工效果起著重要作用, 而且在改善或消除加工后缺陷,提高工件的使用壽命等方面起著重要作用。 該課題是根據(jù)齒輪使用條件和性能要求,選擇不同的材料,進行相應(yīng)的熱處理工藝設(shè)計,包括加熱溫度、保溫時間、冷卻方式和冷卻介質(zhì)等。并通過 退火、調(diào)質(zhì)、滲碳、等 熱處理,分析組織和性能的變化,在實驗基礎(chǔ)上,驗證所設(shè)計熱處理工藝的正確 性。最終得到的結(jié)論是,分別選擇 45 鋼和 Q235 鋼作為齒輪材料, 45 鋼采用退火和調(diào)質(zhì)處理, Q235 鋼采用退火、滲碳、淬火和低溫回火處理。 實踐證明要想獲得理想的組織與性能,保證零件在生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性和使用壽命,就必須從工件的特點﹑ 要求和技術(shù)條件,認(rèn)真分析產(chǎn)品在使用過程中的受力狀況和可能失效形式,正確選擇材料;再根據(jù)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模﹑現(xiàn)場條件﹑熱處理設(shè)備提出幾種可行的熱處理方案,最后根據(jù)其經(jīng)濟性﹑方便性﹑質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性和便于管理﹑降低成本等因素,確定出一種最佳方案。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 退火;調(diào)質(zhì);滲碳 ;組織; 性能 余康達:齒輪用鋼的熱處理工藝設(shè)計 II Heat Treatment Process Design of Steel Used for gear Abstract The heat treatment process is an important part of the metal materials engineering. Processing performance of the material can be changed by heat treatment, give full play to the potential of materials to improve the life of the workpiece. The heat treatment not only for the processing of fing machinery is carried out smoothly and to ensure that processing effects play an important role, and plays an important role in the improvement or elimination of processing defects and improve the life of the workpiece. In this subject,I chose different materials according to the gear conditions of use and performance requirements,and carried on the corresponding heat treatment process design, including the heating temperature, holding time, cooling mode and cooling medium, etc. And through the annealing, coating, such as carburizing, heat treatment, the analysis anization and the change of the performance, on the basis of experiment, verify the correctness of design by heat treatment process. The final conclusion is that, select the 45 steel and Q235 steel as a gear material, 45 steel by annealing and quenching and tempering treatment, Q235 steel by annealing, carburizing, quenching and low tempering. Practice has proved that in order to obtain the desired microstructure and properties, to ensure the quality stability and service life of parts in the production process, from the characteristics of the workpiece, requirements and technical conditions, a careful analysis of the force status of the product during use and mayfailure modes, the correct choice of materials。 several possible heat treatment program according to the scale of production, site conditions, the heat treatment equipment, and last based on the stability of its economy, convenience, quality and ease of management, reduce costs and other factors to determine athe best solution.
