【正文】 Case 4 ? EX05146 (04/S10052). Presented by Q H Fan. History. Female aged 12. Subcutaneous lesion extending down to bone on the dorsum of the right middle finger. Diangosis? Diagnosis Plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor, subcutis extending down to bone, dorsum of right middle finger. ? Plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor, a tumor first described by Drs. Enzinger and Zhang in 1988 when they reported of 65 cases from the files of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. ? It occurs chiefly in children and young adults. The most mon location was the upper extremity (%), especially the regions of shoulder and forearm. ? The median age of their 65 patients was years。 twothirds (%) were younger than 20 years。 there were 46 females and only 19 males. ?
