Diagnosis Plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor, subcutis extending down to bone, dorsum of right middle finger. ? Plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor, a tumor first described by Drs. Enzinger and Zhang in 1988 when they reported of 65 cases from the files of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. ? It occurs chiefly in children and young adults. The most mon location was the upper extremity (%), especially the regions of shoulder and forearm. ?
