【正文】 河南理工大學(xué)第 **期 ―步步高 ‖大學(xué)生科技攀登計劃結(jié)項報告 水泥 礦物固化 氯離子的 性能 研究 立 項 人: 所在單位: 聯(lián)系電話: 參與學(xué)生: 完成時間: 編號 摘 要 氯離子是引起混凝土中鋼筋銹蝕的重要原因,然而 氯離子 被固化后則可有效地延緩鋼筋銹蝕。因此,研究氯離子在水泥基材料中的固化規(guī)律,對提高鋼筋混凝土的使用壽命將有重要的意義。 為了研究水泥 基材料 固化氯離子的能力,本文首先選擇合理的燒成制度制備純水泥單礦( C3S、 C2S 與 C3A),并采用 XRD 衍射儀對燒結(jié)物進 行微觀分析 ;其次,把制備的水泥單礦物摻入到水泥中,研究摻入一定量的單礦物后,不同水泥基材料在水化程度不同時它們固化氯離子的能力;最后研究在水泥中摻入不同的混合材粉煤灰和礦渣,研究它們固化氯離子的能力。 實驗結(jié)果表明:( 1) 在水泥單礦( C3A)燒成中,原料、燒成爐中墊板材料、壓片時原料成型溶劑、壓片的形狀、壓片的成型壓力和溫度制度等對單礦的燒成都有一定的影響 ; ( 2) 在同等摻量的條件下, C3A 固化氯離子的能力大于 C3S 固化氯離子的能力;( 3) 當(dāng)溶液的 PH 值(本實驗 PH取 )固定時,單礦水化產(chǎn)物對氯離子的固化 能力與溶液中氯離子的濃度值有很大關(guān)系。溶液中氯離子的濃度值越高,其固化能力越強; ( 4) 當(dāng)溶液為堿性且 PH 值( )保持不變時, 單位質(zhì)量 C4AH1 AFm 和 AFt 晶體對氯離子的固化能力依次降低。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 水泥基材料;水泥單礦; 氯離子;固化 Abstract The Chloride ion is an important reason for corrosion of reinforced concrete, while it can delays the reinforcement corrosion effectively after the chloride ions are cured. As a result, it is necessary to study the chloride binding capacity of elementbased, which will be of significance in improving the service life of concrete. The ability of cementatious materials curing chlorine ions, first choice reasonable burning schedule to prepare o study pure cement single mine(C3S、 C2S and C3A), and conduct microanalysis to sinter by XRD。 and then put the pure cement single mine into the cement, research the ability of curing chlorine ions of different cementations materials in different degree of hydration with different cement single mine volume。 last research the ability of curing chlorine ions with different fly ash and slag powder volume in cement. The results show that: (1) a single mine in the cement (C3A) firing, the raw material, firing furnace plate material, pressure films forming material solvent, tablet shape, tablet molding pressure and temperature of systemonone Mine has a certain influence on firing。 (2) the ability of curing chlorine ions of C3A is greater than C3S with content in the same conditions。(3) When the solution PH value (PH in this experiment taking ) is fixed, single mineral hydration products of the curing ability chloride solution concentration of chloride ion in a great relationship. Chloride ion concentrations higher the curing capability。 (4) When the solution is alkaline and PH value () remain unchanged, the unit mass C4AH13, AFm and AFt crystals on the curing ability of chloride in turn lower.
