【正文】 1 淺談我國的工程項目管理 摘 要： 《工程項目管理》在現(xiàn)代項目管理理論和方法的指導下，運用科學管 .理與工程專業(yè)理論知識，對工程項目管理方法展開了 簡單 有益的探索和研究，著重分析研究工程項目管理在組織機構保障方面及三大目標控制 (質量、成本和進度 )方面的管理方法改革和技術措施改進， 總結 適宜于 我國 工程項目管理的組織結構選擇方案和工程項目質量、成本和進度的系統(tǒng)化全過程管理理論方法和技術途徑。具體方法是采用網(wǎng)絡技術，通過對工程項目質量、成本和進度總目標的量化分解、目標控制，從而實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)化、綜合化、全過程、全員性、全面效 益的控制管理，最終實現(xiàn)工程項目總目標。該項研究成果使復雜的工程項目管理工作標準化、具體化、程序化、定量化，具有很強的可操作性，對項目經(jīng)理如何提高工程項目管理效率有較高的參考價值。 關鍵詞 :項目管理 。組織結構選擇 。目標分解 。系統(tǒng)化全過程管理 Discussion Engineering Project Administrati of China Abstract： In this thesis，disscussion Engineering Project Administration of China，applying scientific administrationand engineering specialty theory knowledgeunder the guidance of modern project administration theoryand strategy ， a useful investigation and research onengineering project administration method reform is set off.
