河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文 摘要 I 摘要 輔助性膠凝材料可以分為活性輔助性膠凝材料和惰性輔助性膠凝材料,活性材料主要包括硅灰、?;郀t礦渣;惰性材料主要包括粉煤灰、石灰石和煤矸石。磚粉的化學(xué)成分中主要為 SiO2和 Al2O3,由水泥的水化機理可知 SiO2和 Al2O3為主要活性化學(xué)成分。從化學(xué)組分上磚粉與粉煤灰相同,粉煤灰可以作為輔助性膠凝材料,理論上磚粉同樣可以作為輔助性膠凝材料。 本文以廢棄的紅色粘土磚為主要原料,分析不同粒徑的磚粉與不同摻量的磚粉替代水泥制備水泥砂漿研究水泥砂漿強度的變化,得出最佳粒徑和摻量,通過化學(xué)改性后的磚粉替代水泥研究 砂漿強度的變化。 研究結(jié)果表明相同的取代率下,水泥砂漿強度隨著磚粉粒徑的增大而減??;在相同的粒徑下,水泥砂漿強度隨著磚粉取代率的增大而減??;通過石灰粉改性后可以部分提高砂漿試塊早期強度;氯化鈣改性后可以部分提高整個砂漿試塊的強度。 關(guān)鍵字 :輔助性膠凝材料,粘土磚粉,強度,石灰粉,氯化鈣 河南城建學(xué)院本 科畢業(yè)論文 Abstract II Abstract Supplementary Cementitious Materials can be divided into helper activity of cementitious materials and auxiliary inert plastic cementitious materials, active materials including silica fume and granulated blast furnace slag。 inert materials including fly ash, limestone and coal gangue. The chemical constituents of the brick powder were Al2O3 and SiO2, and the hydration mechanism of the cement was Al2O3 and SiO2. From the chemical position of brick powder and fly ash, fly ash can be used as auxiliary cementitious material, and can be used as Supplementary Cementitious Material in theory. The abandoned red clay bricks as the main raw material of brick powder of different particle size of brick powder with different dosage of replacement of cement cement mortar strength changes, draw the optimum particle size and dosage of, through chemical modification of brick powder instead of cement mortar strength changes. In the same substitution rate and strength of cement mortar with brick powder particle size increases and decreases。 in the same particle size, strength of cement mortar with brick powder instead of rate increases and decreases。 through the lime powder modified can improve mortar early strength。 calcium chloride modified can partially improve the mortar test block strength.
