本科學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文 2021 年 5 月 1 日 論文題目: 摻粉煤灰與硅灰對(duì)高性能膠結(jié)材料抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響 學(xué) 院: 建筑工程學(xué)院 年 級(jí): 2021 級(jí) 專(zhuān) 業(yè): 土木工程 姓 名: 馮靜立 學(xué) 號(hào): 20213941 指導(dǎo)教師: 丁琳 I 摘要 以純熟料水泥膠砂為基準(zhǔn) ,將硅粉和粉煤灰分別按照 3 種設(shè)計(jì)摻量用等質(zhì)量替代水泥 ,研究了礦渣粉和粉煤灰對(duì)水泥膠砂抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響。為了提高高性能膠結(jié)材料的抗壓強(qiáng)度 ,試驗(yàn)對(duì)硅灰、粉煤灰等材料的摻配比例不同時(shí) 的膠結(jié)材料抗壓強(qiáng)度影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究 ,結(jié)果顯示 :摻入粉煤灰和硅灰取代部分水泥用量 ,可較好地改善膠結(jié)材料的抗壓強(qiáng)度和工作性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,摻入粉煤灰量越大,高性能膠結(jié)材料的早期抗壓強(qiáng)度越低,后期抗壓強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)快。而摻入硅灰可以提高高性能膠結(jié)材料的早期抗壓強(qiáng)度,后期抗壓強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)慢。 關(guān)鍵詞 粉煤灰;硅灰;膠結(jié)材料;抗壓強(qiáng)度; II Abstract To skillful material of cement mortar as a benchmark, silica fume and fly ash, respectively, in accordance with the three kinds of design content with quality instead of cement, slag powder and fly ash on the pressive strength of cement mortar. Were studied in order to improve the pressive strength of highperformance cementing material to test the impact of the law of the blending ratio of silica fume, fly ash and other materials cementing material pressive strength results showed that: fly ash and silica fume replace part of the amount of cement, can be used to improve the pressive strength and working properties of the cementing material. The test results show that the fly ash the greater the amount, the lower the early pressive strength of highperformance cementing material, the fast growth of the late pressive strength. Silica fume can increase the early pressive strength of highperformance cementing material, the latter part of the pressive strength of growth slow.
