本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計主要研究獵豹 CJY6470E 越野車前后懸架的設(shè)計分析及方法,同時兼顧舒適性和運貨能力。 汽車懸架是汽車的車架與車橋或車輪之間的一切傳力連接裝置的總稱,其作用是傳遞作用在車輪和車架之間的力和力扭,并且緩沖由不平路面?zhèn)鹘o車架或車身的沖擊力,并衰減由此引起的震動,以保證汽車能平順地行駛。汽車懸架性能是影響汽車行駛平順性、操縱穩(wěn)定性和行駛速度的重要因素。 本設(shè)計前懸架采用麥弗遜獨立懸架,后懸架采用縱置鋼板彈簧。經(jīng)過查閱大量的資料,以及結(jié)合所學(xué)知識,對 前、后懸架進行方案論證、結(jié)構(gòu)方案分析以及設(shè)計計算。包括對減振器、螺旋彈簧、鋼板彈簧、導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)及橫向穩(wěn)定桿的設(shè)計計算。 關(guān)鍵詞 :懸架;麥弗遜;減震器;鋼板彈簧;螺旋彈簧 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract This design mainly research the cheetah CJY6470E suvs for design and analysis of both the front and rear suspension method, Both fort and delivery capacity. This design USES the macpherson independent suspension, front suspension after leaf spring suspension using longitudinal. Through access to a huge mass of data, and bining with the knowledge, to scheme parison before and after the suspension, structure schem e analysis and design calculation. Including for shock absorber and coil spring, leaf spring, the calculation in the design of steering mechanism and the lateral stabilizer bar.
