【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 磨床 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名: 學(xué) 號: 學(xué) 院: 電氣工程與自動化學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 電氣工程與自動化(電氣方向) 年 級: 指導(dǎo)教師: (簽名) 20XX 年 6 月 1 日 I 磨床 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 磨床是利用磨具對工件表面進(jìn)行磨削加工的機(jī)床。 普通磨床的電氣系統(tǒng)由液壓系統(tǒng)、砂輪、冷卻泵和電磁吸盤以及照明電路部分組成。隨著在現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)生效率的不斷提升,磨床在加工精度、自動化程度、加工的集約性等方面的要求不斷提高,傳統(tǒng)磨床難以滿足現(xiàn)代化的加工工藝要求。傳統(tǒng)磨床在控制方面采用繼電器 — 接觸器電氣控制系統(tǒng)過于復(fù)雜繁瑣,且由于觸點(diǎn)多、故障率高、可靠性差、體積大等缺點(diǎn),正逐漸被淘汰。 可編程控制器 PLC 是微機(jī)技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)的繼電接觸控制技術(shù)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,它克服了繼電接觸控制系統(tǒng)中的機(jī)械觸點(diǎn)的接線復(fù)雜、可靠性低、功耗高、通用性和靈活性差的缺點(diǎn),充分利用了微處理器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 利用 PLC 控制磨床運(yùn)行, 使線路得到簡化,可靠性提高,響應(yīng)速度明顯加快,精確度更準(zhǔn)確 ; 實(shí)現(xiàn)了磨床啟動、停止、故障停止、緊急停止的功能,可根據(jù)運(yùn)行要求靈活切換磨床的控制方式;提供過載,輕載,斷相和電壓不平衡保護(hù);現(xiàn)場顯示運(yùn)行狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化監(jiān)控。節(jié)省大量的繼電器元件 ,使機(jī)床的工作效率更高。 本文以 M7120 平面磨床為例,主要介紹對磨床控制系統(tǒng)的 PLC 改造。 關(guān)鍵詞:平面磨床, PLC,控制系統(tǒng) II Grinding Machine PLC Control System Design ABSTRACT The grinder is the use of abrasive on the workpiece surface grinding machine tool.
