Imbalance in trade, antidumping and other issues constitute the main content of . trade friction. The United States of America for the reflux of trade protectionism, the economic interests of the two countries and the United States to China39。s strategy of containment is the main reason of bilateral trade friction?s increasing, which brought bigger negative effect to the development of SinoUS economic and trade relations. Since the 2021 global financial crisis, the United States trade protectionism made the implementation of antidumping and safeguard measures to our country export products, among which the most prominent is the tire special protection case. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of SinoUS trade friction, and then to the tire special protection case analysis of the postcrisis era of SinoUS trade friction causes. Finally it put forward the proposals of China to cope with trade frictions countermeasures, which should be bined with government, industry and enterprise?s effects to deal with it well. Key Words: Trade friction。 Tire special protection case。 reason。 strategy 1 1 導(dǎo) 論 研究 的背景及意義 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，一方面加深了各國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)交流和經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)作，另一方面又加劇了各國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)沖突和經(jīng)濟(jì)摩擦。在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域，貿(mào)易摩擦的歷史 源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng) ，從早期著名的 AngloHanse貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)到 20世紀(jì) 90年代新貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的興起，再到 21世紀(jì)貿(mào)易摩擦呈現(xiàn)新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和特點(diǎn)。在這樣的背景下，各國(guó)間的貿(mào)易摩擦日益頻繁，其中中美貿(mào)易摩擦成為備受關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 特別是 自 2021年次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的國(guó)際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來(lái)，美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入泥沼，為了抑制來(lái)自中國(guó)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，美國(guó)政府、國(guó)會(huì)、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)與企業(yè)都在阻撓中國(guó)企業(yè)向美出口。 據(jù)中國(guó)海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì) ， 2021年，美中貨物貿(mào)易，同比增長(zhǎng) %。 2021年 16月美國(guó)與中國(guó)的雙邊貿(mào)易額為 元，增長(zhǎng) %。 據(jù)商務(wù)部統(tǒng)計(jì)， 2021年中國(guó)遭
