【正文】 西安文理學(xué)院物理與機(jī)械電子工程學(xué)院 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目 某電梯起升 機(jī)構(gòu)工作原理及其機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí) 09 級(jí)機(jī)械( 2)班 學(xué) 號(hào) 08102090232 學(xué)生姓名 宋顯軍 指導(dǎo)教師 戴君 設(shè)計(jì)所在單位 西安文理學(xué)院 2021 年 5 月 西安文理學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 1 頁(yè) 某電梯起升機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理及其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 隨著高層建筑的增多,電梯作為高層建筑中垂直運(yùn)行的交通工具已與人們的日常生活密不可分。電梯是集機(jī)械原理應(yīng)用、電氣控制技術(shù)、微處理技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)等多學(xué)科和技術(shù)于一體的機(jī)電設(shè)備,它是建筑中的永久垂直交通工具。此次設(shè)計(jì)是以 800Kg 乘客電梯為基礎(chǔ),聯(lián)系所學(xué)過(guò)的電梯知識(shí),通過(guò)方案論證 、設(shè)計(jì)選擇曳引機(jī)、鋼絲繩的設(shè)計(jì)然后進(jìn)行具體的計(jì)算,確定各部分機(jī)構(gòu)的參數(shù)尺寸,最后用AUTO CAD 畫(huà)出電梯起升機(jī)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵部分,如曳引機(jī)、限速器、緩沖器、制動(dòng)器等以及電梯起升機(jī)構(gòu)整體圖紙。電梯起升機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)安全性能要求較高,此次設(shè)計(jì)后對(duì)關(guān)鍵的部分進(jìn)行了安全校核,如曳引機(jī),鋼絲繩等進(jìn)行了校核。 關(guān)鍵詞: 電梯,曳引機(jī),轎廂,轎架 西安文理學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 2 頁(yè) An Elevator the Working Principle and the Structure of the Hoisting Mechanism Design Abstract: As the increase of highrise buildings, Elevator highrise buildings as a means of transport in the vertical run of daily life has been inextricably linked with people .The elevator is a kind of electromechanical equipment which bines mechanical principle application, electrical control technology, micro processing technology, system engineering and other multidisciplinary and technology at an anic whole .It is a permanent vertical transportation using in construction .The design is based on 800Kg passenger elevator .first of all I contact the knowledge of elevator that I have learned and I use project demonstration, design and choice the traction machine ,design the wire rope .Then I calculate the design in detail, so I determine the parameter of various parts .Finally, using AUTO CAD to draw the key part of the lift in hoisting mechanism ,such as drawing up the traction machine ,speed limiter ,buffer ,brake ,and lifting mechanism of the elevator as a whole .Due to the hoisting mechanism of the elevator on the safety has higher requirements, at the end of I have critical part of the security checked such as checking the traction machine and wire rope and so on.
