【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)說明書 橋梁檢修平臺運行機構設計 學 院 機械 工程學院 專業(yè)班級 機械工程及自動化五班 學生姓名 XXX 學生學號 指導教師 提交日期 2022 年 5 月 19 日 I 摘 要 現(xiàn)今的社會經(jīng)濟越來越發(fā)達,科技越來越先進,人們不單單滿足于溫飽問題了,他們開始享受生活,對生活有著不一樣的要求,就連出行 的交通工具也月日新月異。對道路交通設施的要求相應提高。橋梁無論是作為連接兩岸的樞紐還是普通的交通設施人們對它的要求也在隨著時代的變遷而變得越來越高。 中國現(xiàn)有各類橋梁約 50 萬座,每年開工建筑的橋梁約為 1 萬余座,中國正由世界“橋梁大國”向“橋梁強國”邁進。橋梁在長期使用的過程中會產(chǎn)生不同類型的結構損傷,這些損傷有人為的,也有自然災害所造成的。隨著計算機和科學技術的快速發(fā)展,人工智能將廣泛地運用在各類橋梁結構的檢測試驗和分析上。同時,學科交叉現(xiàn)象日益普遍,一些高新技術的最新研究成果應用于橋梁無損檢測技術的研究, 必將推動橋梁檢測技術的飛速發(fā)展。于是橋梁檢修平臺便應運而生,橋梁檢修平臺用于對橋梁進行檢修,它的質量也是需要嚴格把關的,橋梁檢修平臺由各個不同的機構所組成,本文的重點在于橋梁檢修平臺的運行機構。 通過查閱資料計算出設計橋梁檢修平臺的運行機構所需要的各種參數(shù), 然后選取電機、減速器、制動器等。 再根據(jù)參數(shù)利用 solidwords 三維繪圖軟件繪制出運行機構設計總圖,零件圖。 關 鍵詞: 道路設施 ; 橋梁 ; 運行機構 II Abstract Today39。s social economy is more developed, more advanced technology, people is not just satisfied with the problem of food and clothing, they began to enjoy life, life has different requirements, and even travel transport months with each passing day.
