【正文】 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 I 頁(yè) 合金棒材車(chē)間設(shè)計(jì)和工模具鋼的特點(diǎn)及生產(chǎn) 摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)是參照撫順特鋼合金鋼連軋廠而設(shè)計(jì)的年產(chǎn)量為 20 萬(wàn)噸的棒材連軋車(chē)間。典型產(chǎn)品為 30CrMo,直徑為 16 的棒材。整個(gè)說(shuō)明書(shū)包括綜述、正文和專(zhuān)題三個(gè)部分。在綜述部分?jǐn)⑹隽税舨牡幕局R(shí)和國(guó)內(nèi)外棒材生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀。第二部分是正文部分,(從第二章到第九章)正文說(shuō)明正文說(shuō)明整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案 ,主要包括產(chǎn)品方案、工藝流程、生產(chǎn)方案的制定、金屬平衡的制定、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選擇、工藝參數(shù)計(jì)算、道次計(jì)算、孔型設(shè)計(jì)、軋制力能參數(shù)校核、咬入角能力校核、年生產(chǎn)量計(jì)算,還涉及了環(huán)保措施。另外還 繪制了孔型圖和車(chē)間平面圖。專(zhuān)題部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹了關(guān)于工模具鋼的特點(diǎn)及生產(chǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 棒材;工藝設(shè)計(jì);孔型設(shè)計(jì);校核;工模具鋼 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 II 頁(yè) Alloy bar and tool and die steel plant design characteristics and production Abstract The design is light steel rolling plant in Fushun Special Steel designed annual outp ut of 20 tons of bar rolling workshop.
