【正文】 安徽工程科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 1 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)材料之二( 1) 編號: 200 — JX15— — 安徽工程科技 學(xué) 院本科生 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 專 業(yè): 環(huán)境工程 題 目: 海泡石去除焦化廢水性能的研究 作 者 姓 名 : XXXX 導(dǎo)師及職稱 : XXXX 講師 導(dǎo)師所在 單位: 生化系 2021 年 06 月 15 日 XX:海泡石去除焦化廢水性能的研究 2 海泡石 去除焦化廢水 性能的研究 摘 要 海泡石是一種纖維狀含水的鎂硅酸鹽礦石,具有良好的吸附性能。海泡石是一種富鎂纖維狀硅酸鹽粘土礦物,它的用途十分廣泛。由于其比表面大,僅次于活性炭,因此在吸附方面會有較好的效 果。 焦化 廢水的組分異常復(fù)雜 , 是較難處理的廢水之一。本文研究了經(jīng)過 H2SO4改性海泡石對 焦化廢水中 的 揮發(fā)酚和氨氮的 吸附性能 , 通過 靜態(tài) 吸附 實(shí)驗(yàn) 考察 了 各種條件對吸附效果的影響,包括初始濃度、 pH 值、 吸附時 間 和吸附溫度。 通過 活化海泡石對 揮發(fā)酚 、 氨氮 的吸附 正交 實(shí)驗(yàn), 選擇了最佳吸附條件為:揮發(fā)酚 : 振蕩時間為 25min,初始濃度為 20mg/l, 投加量為 , pH 值為 6; 氨氮 : 振蕩時間為 40min,初始濃度為 200mg/l, 投加量為 , pH 值為 4, 以及 通過 在室溫下的靜態(tài)吸附 , 繪制了海泡石的吸 附等溫線 , 求得其 最大 吸附量 為: 揮發(fā)酚 : ; 氨氮 : 。 通過本課題的研究得出活化 海泡石對 焦化廢水中的 揮發(fā)酚 、 氨氮 有較高的去除率,吸附去除率可達(dá)到 60%—70%,因此海泡石作為環(huán)境保護(hù)中的吸 附劑和催化劑載體具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 海泡石;吸附; 揮發(fā) 酚;氨氮; 安徽工程科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 3 The research on removes the coking waste water by Sepiolite Abstract Sepiolit is a fibrous natural hydtated magnesium silicate with good absorptive property. The sepiolite is one kind of rich magnesium fibrous silicate clay mineral, its use is extremely widespread. Because its relative surface is big and only inferior in the activated charcoal, so the sepiolite have the good effect in the adsorption aspect. The coking waste water with extreor dinary plicated ponents is one of the waste water difficult to be treated . This article has studied the sepiolite by H2SO4 modified to the phenol and ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater adsorption performance. And inspected each kind of condition to adsorb the effect the influence, including initial concertration, pH value ,adsorption time and adsorption temperature through the static adsorption experiment. Then has carried on the activation sepiolite to phenol and ammonia nitrogen adsorption orthogonal experiment and has chosen the best adsorption condition: the phenol : the oscillated time is 25min, the initial concertration is 20mg/L,the dosage is ,the pH value is 6。the ammonia nitrogen : the oscillated time is 40min, the initial concertration is 200mg/L,the dosage is , the pH value is 4. As well as under room temperature static adsorption., it has drawn up the sepiolite adsorption isothermal and obtained its max adsorptive capacity: the phenol is 。the ammonia nitrogen is It has obtained that the activated sepiolite has the higher removal rate to the phenol, ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater through the research of this subjiect , and the adsorption removal rate could reach 60% 70%,so the sepiolite has the broad application prospects as the environmental protection adsorbent and catalyst carriers.
