【正文】 榆林學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） I 分類(lèi)號(hào) TH6 單位代碼 11395 密 級(jí) 學(xué) 號(hào) 0805250113 學(xué)生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì) 作 者 院 (系 ) 能源工程學(xué)院 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 指導(dǎo)教師 答辯 日期 2021 年 5 月 27 日 論文題目 II 摘 要 茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)是基于 生產(chǎn)過(guò)程 中茶樹(shù)修剪的實(shí)際需要 而 設(shè)計(jì)的 高效茶樹(shù)修剪設(shè)備，主要用于茶樹(shù)的 深修剪和重修剪 。 本次設(shè)計(jì) 的是手推式茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)，避免 了 背負(fù)式和手提式的負(fù)荷作業(yè) 。 整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì) 經(jīng)歷了 茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)總體、 傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 和機(jī)架等的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。 首先進(jìn)行茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) ，包括設(shè)計(jì)步驟、設(shè)計(jì) 構(gòu)思和擬定傳動(dòng)方案； 其次進(jìn)入到零部件的選型和設(shè)計(jì)，依次包括 汽油機(jī)的型號(hào)選擇、 普通 V 帶 傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 的 設(shè)計(jì)、 刀片的設(shè)計(jì)、 軸的設(shè)計(jì)校核以及 機(jī)架的設(shè)計(jì) 。其中 ，設(shè)計(jì)的弧形刀刃能鎖緊茶樹(shù)枝干 ，增 加了切口的平整度 ，將對(duì)茶樹(shù)的傷害降到最低； 最后階段 進(jìn)行 了 零件圖和裝配圖的繪制工作。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的 茶樹(shù) 修剪機(jī) 可以 實(shí)現(xiàn)茶樹(shù)的 機(jī)械化修剪， 能 降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，有效的提高 了 生產(chǎn)效率，保證鮮葉品質(zhì)， 符合 清潔化規(guī)模生產(chǎn) 的要求 ，降低 了 生 產(chǎn)成本。 關(guān)鍵詞： 茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)；傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)； 弧形 刀片 茶樹(shù)修剪機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì) II The Design of the Tea Tree Trimmers ABSTRACT Tea tree pruning machine is designed based on the actual needs of the tea tree pruning in the production process and high tea tree trimming equipment, mainly for deep pruning and heavy pruning of tea. The design of the push tea trimmers can avoid the knapsack and handheld load operation. The design experience of the tea tree trimmers consist of the transmission system and rack design process in general. Firstly， it needs to conduct overall structural design of the tea tree trimmers, including the design steps, design ideas and the development of the transmission scheme。 Secondly， it is going on the selection and design of ponents, followed by gasoline model to select the ordinary Vbelt drive system design, blade design axis of the design check and design of the rack. Among them, the curved blade can lock tea tree branches to increase the flatness of the incision, the design will decrease tea tree damage to a minimum。 In the final stage, it has to go on the drawing of the parts and assembly drawings. The designed tea tree trimmers can be mechanized pruning of tea , can also reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, at the same time, it can ensure the quality of fresh leaves, in line with the requirements of the cleanscale production and even reduce production costs.
