【正文】 xx 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 I 基于單片機(jī)的流量信號(hào)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化中,任何控制系統(tǒng)都是從生產(chǎn)過(guò)程運(yùn)行的信息測(cè)量開(kāi)始的,過(guò)程變量的自動(dòng)檢測(cè)儀表是自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)革命的關(guān)鍵。和溫度、壓力一樣,流量也是生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的重要變量。流量的精確測(cè)量在節(jié)能降耗、經(jīng)濟(jì)核算、自動(dòng)控制等方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。渦街流量計(jì)以其自身的一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)己經(jīng)成為流量測(cè)量?jī)x表家庭中不可缺少的一員,在計(jì)量檢測(cè)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越大的作用。 本文研究一種適用于微小流量信號(hào)檢測(cè)的流量測(cè)量系統(tǒng),該流量計(jì)是基于渦街流量計(jì)原理,即流體產(chǎn)生漩渦,漩渦分離產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力,漩渦的分離頻率等同于應(yīng)力的 變化頻率,通過(guò)測(cè)量應(yīng)力的周期變化知道漩渦分離頻率,從而準(zhǔn)確的反映被測(cè)液體的流速。 本文詳述了渦街流量計(jì)及壓電式傳感器的原理,并設(shè)計(jì)了信號(hào)調(diào)理電路,處理來(lái)自壓力傳感器的微弱電壓信號(hào),使之能夠滿足單片機(jī)對(duì)輸入信號(hào)的要求。另外本文還設(shè)計(jì)了智能化單片機(jī)軟硬件系統(tǒng)并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能擴(kuò)展,使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)不僅能夠準(zhǔn)確實(shí)時(shí)地反映被測(cè)流量的大小,而且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)信號(hào)的遠(yuǎn)程傳輸,為系統(tǒng)的智能化遠(yuǎn)程控制提供條件。 關(guān)鍵詞 流量計(jì);流量;單片機(jī);卡門渦街 xx 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II The designment of the flow signal detection system based on SCM Abstract In industrial automation, many control systems begin from the information from the production process automatic measuring instrument of the process variable is the key of automation system of revolution. Liking temperature, pressure, flow rate is an important variable of the production process. The flow has a wide application in energy consumption, precise measurement, economic accounting and automatic control. With its own vortex advantages, a flowmeter has bee an indispensable member of the family, which has a series of flow measuring plays a more and more important role in measuring. This article applies a flow measurement system, which is used in the minor flow signal detection of the flow measurement system. The flowmeter is based on the principle of vortex flow makes the separating of the vortex makes the stress. The frequency of the flow separation equals the stress knows the accurate flow by the frequency of the flow separation, which is calculated from the the stress frequency. This article describes the principle of vortex flowmeter and the piezoelectric sensors and designs the singal condition circuit, which process the weak signal from pressure sensor, to meet the requirements of the input signal chip. Additionally, this article also micro controller hardware and software design of the system and intelligent function extension of the system, the system can not only accurately measured by realtime reflect the size of the traffic signal, and to realize the remote transmission system, intelligent remote control to provide conditions.
