遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)(論文) 第 I 頁(yè) 指導(dǎo)老師:王振敏 設(shè)計(jì)者:黎毅 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是參考鞍鋼冷軋廠 2 號(hào)線進(jìn)行的年產(chǎn) 100 萬(wàn)噸的冷軋帶鋼工藝設(shè)計(jì),其典型產(chǎn)品為 Q215 1000mm。主體設(shè)備有淺槽酸洗機(jī)組、五機(jī)架全連續(xù)冷軋機(jī)組、罩式退火爐、單機(jī)架四輥式平整機(jī)組、橫切、縱切及重卷機(jī)組、連續(xù)熱鍍鋅機(jī)組、連續(xù)熱鍍錫機(jī)組等。設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的品種主要有冷軋鋼板、卷,熱鍍鋅板、卷和電鍍錫板、卷等。據(jù)此制定了軋制制度、速度制度、并對(duì)軋輥強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了校核。另外,還校核了軋機(jī)年產(chǎn)量,退火機(jī)組年產(chǎn)量、計(jì)算了經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo),并以 AISI304 鑄軋薄帶耐腐蝕性分析為專題進(jìn)行研究,而且對(duì) AISI304 不銹鋼做實(shí)驗(yàn)以說(shuō)明耐腐蝕性性能。最后附有 AutoCAD 繪制的車(chē)間平面布置圖,一篇關(guān)于薄帶連鑄不銹鋼的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和凝固熱參數(shù)的的英文文獻(xiàn)及翻譯和使用 VB 程序?qū)堉浦贫取④堉扑俣燃败垯C(jī)年產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行的計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)化編程。 【關(guān)健詞】 : 板帶鋼,軋制制度,全連續(xù)軋制,軋機(jī) 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)(論文) 第 II 頁(yè) 指導(dǎo)老師:王振敏 設(shè)計(jì)者:黎毅 Abstract The design of a cold strip plant has been introduced and analyzed in this paper, according to ANSC′s Cold strip plant 2 line. Its typical product is Q215 1000mm. Its main equipments include shallowtank picking train, 5stand fullycontinuous cold rolling train, hoodtype annealing furnace, single stand 4high skinpass train, 6zone pullthrough type continuous annealing line, crosscutting and slitting train and coiling train, ect. The products mainly include cold sheet and strip, hotdip galvanized sheet and strip, hotdip tinned sheet and strip. According to it, we established the rolling system, speed schedule and checked the rollers’ strength. Moreover, we checked the rolling mill’s productive capacity, cutup unit’s productive capacity and calculated the economic and technology index. A special topic about thin strip casting AISI304 corrosion resistance analysis to study the topic, but also for stainless steel AISI304 experiments to illustrate the performance of corrosion resistance.
