Currently long distance, large capacity, high speed of belt conveyor has bee the main direction of development, its core is development conveyor dynamic analysis and monitoring technology, to improve the performance and reliability of the belt conveyor. The conveyor machine are smaller than domestic and foreign advanced products, delivery speed is low, poor reliability, and high transport costs. Therefore, developed a belt conveyor is suitable for China39。s national conditions, to improve the economic benefit in our country, reduce the economic cost is of great importance. This paper design topic is “the design of the belt conveyor transmission device”. Structure and plete the belt conveyor in transmission device assembly drawing design, gear reducer and the main ponents of the process, tooling design. The design of specific content mainly includes: belt conveyor transmission overall design, Main transmission mechanism design, The main parts design, Complete the main parts of the process equipment, the dissertation written report, Writing the graduation design specifications, etc. Control of the machine the general design procedures, methods, design rules, technical measures and bining with the production practice, training analysis and solving the general engineering problem of capacity, with the mechanical transmission device, simple mechanical design and manufacturing.
